🔄 Return & Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Our online return portal can only be used for items purchased on our website.

• Refund Method: All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
• Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
• Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, including all paperwork, packaging, accessories, and with tags attached.

⏳ Processing Time
Please allow time for us to process your return once received. You will be notified once your return is complete.

📦 Shipping Responsibility
We are not liable for return packages lost or stolen during transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
